Donnell has been with INTEGRITY for more than 15 years, beginning his career with the company as a floor technician at the age of 16 and steadily advancing into his first management role in 2016. Since then, he has developed broad expertise in project management, team leadership, quality control, staff development, human resources, government contracting, and operations management. Over the course of his career, Donnell has successfully managed contracts across 10 states totaling more than 15 million square feet, demonstrating his ability to lead large-scale operations and deliver results across diverse markets.
His professional accomplishments are further supported by his industry credentials and recognition. Donnell holds the Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) certification through BSCAI. In 2025, he was honored as the recipient of the Jimmy Core Rising Star Award through ISSA and was also selected as part of ISSA’s Emerging Leaders Class of 2025, reflecting his growing impact and leadership within the cleaning and facility services industry.
Donnell earned his Bachelor of Arts from Hampton University with a concentration in Graphic Design. His creative background, combined with his operational experience, has contributed to the company’s success not only in service delivery, but also in marketing, branding, and public visibility. Through his dedication, growth mindset, and commitment to excellence, Donnell continues to be a valuable asset to INTEGRITY and a respected leader in the industry.
