Dana Weaver
Chief Strategic Advisor
Dana Weaver serves as Chief Strategic Advisor at Integrity, bringing over four decades of leadership in service-based businesses. He is the majority owner of Star Protection, a Houston-based security services firm. Previously, he was President and co-owner of The ABS Companies, a $150 million facility maintenance firm operating across 13 states. Dana also led Symtx, Inc. through a successful turnaround and liquidity event.
He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Dana remains active as a consultant, investor, and industry speaker.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dana is deeply committed to community service. He was a founder of Episcopal High School in Houston and served on the Board of River Oaks Baptist School. He is also a founder and past Board member of the Camp for All Foundation, served as treasurer for the River Oaks Breakfast Club, and coached baseball for the West University Little League.
