Donnell has been with Integrity for 15+ years starting from the ground up as a floor tech at the age of 16 and eventually working his way up to his first management role in 2016. Since then, Donnell has adopted various skills such as project management, team leadership, quality control, staff development, human resources and government contracting. Donnell has continued to contribute to the company's growth and has become a very valuable asset to the organization. Donnell received his Bachelor's Degree from Hampton University with a Graphic Design concentration that has also been a beneficial talent to contribute to the company's success in marketing and publicity.
