Russell has been in the facility services industry since 1995. He leads the Operations of the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions for Integrity. His career has been marked with promotion and recognition as well as being the owner and operator of an award-winning restaurant.  His capabilities include ongoing operations, complex facilities maintenance transitions, training, quality assurance, green and sustainability program implementation as well as human resource management.
